In addition, there is an analysis of the suitability of this equipment for different application conditions. Information on the basic fundamentals of spray application technology and explanations of important terminology can be found under "Frequently Asked Questions". Pest management personnel may submit any queries, comments or suggestions regarding any application equipment or technique under the "Questions?" section. This app is a searchable database of all the published work on droplet characterization from collaborative work between the US Navy Entomology Center of Excellence (NECE), Jacksonville and Aerial Application Technology, Areawide Pest Management Research Unit, Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center, ARS, College Station, TX. This app allows users to select their specific sprayer, operating conditions, and spray solution then displays the spray droplet size. Once downloaded, users do not need to have Internet connection to use it. This is the first ever ARS app. There is a companion Android app that should be available soon. It can be downloaded. This app is up and publicly available on the iTunes store for free download at the link:
